Abdala y Toro: Damos muchísimo valor al pensamiento creativo dentro de la agencia
Motion Ave. is an independent New York ad agency founded by Samuel Klein to serve entrepreneurial clients, many of which are in the U.S. Hispanic market. Rosana Toro, Manager of Creativity and Design, and Ana Abdala, Account Manager at the agency, shared their vision of that market and the company’s commitment to creating the ideas that makes it thrive. “We greatly value creative thinking in the agency and like working closely with our clients” Toro said, to which Abdala added that they focus on being part of the client’s team. “We are not an external business that just executes things – the idea is to make the client feel he has a team always ready to do the work he needs, and which operates using a technique called Agile Methodology that keeps us connected with the client throughout the whole creative process.”According to Toro, the U.S. Hispanic market is enjoying a complete liberation, since its strategies and executions are different from the purely American trends and that makes them unique. “You can have very slick, very modern approaches and more classic ones, which are always honest and loyal to the brand personality” she said. “The Hispanic market used to be limited because of being Latino, but nowadays it’s exactly the other way around. We have clients like motivational speaker and influencer Michelle Poler, who has given hope to so many across the U.S. This market has grown a great deal and has proved to be highly professional, since its roots are not what define it, but rather give it the freedom to be different – and that is something the agency reflects.”
