I think the market will continue to grow and benefit those who react the quickest.” The creative closes 2016 as VP of the Hispanic Creative Circle and celebrating the first year since founding the agency. “At a personal level, I celebrate having my own business and being able to do other things, such as working more closely with clients and also being part of the Creative Circle.” In his opinion, client-agency relations have weakened a bit. “I have the feeling that agencies as idea generators are no longer taken seriously, and in many ways they are considered just another supplier.” Zylberberg’s lesson is that we must value everything we have: “We must remain well informed, and for what we don’t know, we must turn to those who do.”
