Wang: La industria de apps de bienestar tiene mucho trabajo por delante para ganar la confianza del consumidor
The most recent Parks Associates study on digital health showed that 21% of homes that have broadband use wellbeing, fitness or diet apps. 38% of those surveyed said they would recommend these apps to a friend or relative, whereas 23% hesitates in doing so. “The well-being apps industry has a lot of work ahead to earn consumers’ trust and the key to their future success is focusing on delivering an excellent experience to their users through individualization and personalization” said Harry Wang, Senior Director of Mobility and Digital Health Research at Parks Associates.
