Urra-Álamo: Estar basados en Miami es una gran ventaja

The talent diversification in Bohemian Sound shows the growth of the Latin community in the US and the importance this market has in the country. Aidita Urra-Álamo, Founder and President of the talent representation company specialized in voice over shared her vision of this evolution. “Our talents have grown and diversified in terms of ages and accents, especially regarding children and teenagers” she expressed. “We are lucky that many families who are coming to the U.S., speak perfect Spanish, they settle in Miami, and keep their Spanish. This has given us the opportunity to present our talents with perfect Spanish and many of them, since they are children, pick up English rapidly.”According to the executive, who has 12 years of experience in the Hispanic market, being based in Miami is a huge advantage. “We receive calls from other cities since Spanish is not maintained so perfectly in the rest of the U.S.” she added. She ended saying that a great deal of agencies and brands require bilingual talent because there are more crossover campaigns than ever before.
