Luciana Cani, VP sénior y directora creativa ejecutiva de LAPIZ
According to Luciana Cani, SVP and Creative Executive Director of LAPIZ, the originality of the idea and quality of execution are the two most important elements in the Journals and Magazines, and Exterior categories at El Sol Film Festival, where she will be a member of the jury. “We expect to see the best ideas in innovate categories. But year after year, we see new ways to make print/outdoor relevant and interesting. It’s a challenge, especially in an industry where other kinds of media are getting more and more attention. That’s why I’m curious to see what work will stand out in this category” she expressed. Working in different countries has helped her to form a global perspective to judge. “It’s an honor to be part of El Sol. It’s a huge responsibility to choose the best work of the year. I also look forward to learning from other judges. I’m interested in knowing how they formulate their judging criteria and I am hoping to exchange past experiences.” The 32nd edition of El Sol will take place in Bilbao on June 1st, 2nd and 3rd of 2017. During these three days the first Congreso El Sol de la Comunicación Publicitaria will also be held.
