Santiago Solutions Group Study: Latina Millennial Women Are More Optimistic And Driven To Advance Their Social And Financial Status

Latina Millennials are more optimistic and determined to advance their social and financial status than non-Hispanics, according to a study by Santiago Solutions Group (SSG) titled Ten Latina Millennial Nuances, Key Mindset Differences Between Millennial Latinas & Non-Hispanic White Women. The review of hundreds of mindsets identified important nuances between the two groups, and those major distinctions were further contextualized with insights from their vast array of studies the firm has carried out. Although Latina Millennials are more passionate about having fun in their lives, they have a stronger drive to get to the top of their professions. Another important finding that reflects the Latina culture is that Millennial Latinas are more collective-minded that Non-Hispanic Millennial women but are also more individualistic taking time for themselves and balancing self-interest with the benefits of their unit. They are also hungry to learn about other cultures. According to the study, Latina millennials are the guardians of their heritage and culture, regardless of the language. They make sure their cultural values and rituals are passed down to their children. Latina Millennials show higher awareness of environmental issues and global warming, and are concerned about protecting nature and leaving a planet worthy for the next generations.“Weaving Latina Millennial nuances in dedicated Hispanic efforts and new mainstream messaging can boost effectiveness and marketing ROI” concluded the study.
