Líderes de las oficinas de Latinoamérica y Miami se reunieron en España
Last week, digital leaders of the Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Spain, Mexico, Miami, Puerto Rico and Uruguay offices, met at the Tribal Worldwide España facilities in Madrid, to hold the first digital team training in UX methodologies. “We are working with DDB Latina to increase their knowledge and understanding of the user experience in all the digital channels. Consumers have always been our core, but we must be capable of building bridges so that nowadays this reaches brands” shared Juan Isaza, Strategic Planning VP and Director of DDB Latina’s Culture Lab. The goal of the intensive program is to reinforce the group’s training and experience in current processes and techniques. The sessions comprise topics that range from research methodologies, consumer journey, conceptualization and design, information architecture, interaction patterns, prototype, evaluation design and techniques, all the way to UX analytics, continuous improvement cycles and CRO. “UX discipline is based on well-structured methodologies that help us design these interactions in an optimal way. Our teams see brand development from a comprehensive perspective and that is why UX is an essential part of our service offer” added Álvaro Miguel, Chief of Digital Transformation at DDB Latina.
