ALMA was awarded two Grand Prix, and six Best in different categories, fifteen Gold and nine Silver for pieces for Sprint, Netflix, Kingsford, Tobacco Free Florida, McDonald’s and Clorox, at the ADDYs of the American Advertising Federation -chapter Miami- that took place on Wednesday 15th. The Last Emoji campaign for Sprint was presented with two Grand Prix. In Best in Show won six awards in several categories including Online/Interactive for the Spanish Lessons campaign and Cross Platform, for Netflix. While The Last Emoji for Sprint stood out in OOH and Ambient Media. For Kingsford, ALMA was awarded with the Best in Print Advertising and Elements of Advertising, both for the piece Predators. In Film: Video and Sound, won for Clog Free Pipes II and Radio for Liquid Plumr. The campaigns Feliz La Mitad, The Last Emoji, all for Sprint; Spanish Lessons and Spoiler Alert, for Netflix; Cost of Smoking for Tobacco Free Florida; Rats for Liquid Plumr, and Chameleon and Predators, both for Kingsford, ALMA won 15 gold in the Film, Video, and Sound; Online/Interactive – Advertising and Promotion; Elements of Advertising; Cross Platform, Integrated Campaigns; Print Advertising, Magazine Advertising categories, among others. The campaign Thanks for Nothing for Clorox was awarded Silver in Video, and Sound, Radio Advertising and Elements of Advertising, and Copywriting for Big Bang, for the same client. While Night Run for McDonald’s won in Film, Video, and Sound, TV Advertising. Additionally, ALMA was presented with Silver for Spanish Lessons, Episode Leak, Narcopedia.org campaigns for Netflix, and for Cost of Smoking for Tobacco Free Florida.
