Hispanicize Media Group announced on Tuesday 1st that it has renewed its major music and entertainment partnership with Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) and its digital streaming and entertainment service LaMusica for its Latin music event. “SBS and LaMusica will play instrumental roles in creatively and organically infusing music throughout what is poised to be the most exciting Hispanicize Music Showcase we’ve ever executed” said Manny Ruiz, Founder and CEO at the Hispanicize Media Group that owns the Hispanicize event. Hispanicize 2017 is the largest annual gathering of Latino trendsetters and newsmakers in the nation, and will feature more than 200+ speakers in 100+ sessions, workshops, fireside chats and keynotes. The event, presented by Prudential Financial, will take place in Miami April 3rd-6th, 2017. “LaMusica is a powerful music and entertainment app in the Hispanic landscape, and is designed to serve as the conduit for all unique branded entertainment. We want to create a symbiotic relationship with one common denominator – music” explained Carolina Santamarina, SVP at Spanish Broadcasting System / Portafolio. Additionaly to producing coverage for the event before and during Hispanicize and leading the Hispanicize Music Lounge 2017, the alliance with SBS/LaMusica includes curate sessions featuring major music artists and topics that most impact the Latin music industry.
