Arlene Armenteros, nueva VP sénior y directora de Servicio al Cliente en The Story Room
The Story Room announced on Tuesday 4th that Arlene Armenteros, formerly VP Client Services at Nobox, and Eddie Zaldivar, formerly Performance Lead at Omnicom Worldwide LATAM will be joining the digital agency based in Miami. Armenteros will be SVP and Head of Client Services, and Zaldivar will be Executive Director, Performance, Media and Analytics. Both will be members of the Executive team, reporting to CEO Antoinette Zel. Armenteros will be responsible for the strategic, operational business and marketing needs of the multinational client roster at The Story Room. Also she will be managing the account services team across three countries. Zaldivar will be leading the agency’s search, media buying, and performance campaigns. “I’m thrilled that Arlene and Eddie will be joining our team” said Zel. “Both share our values and our focus on first-rate client leadership and smart strategic thinking.
