Amidst the Advertising Week that starts on Monday September 26th in New York, eMarketer published its figures for ad revenues in the US since 2015 and its projection until 2018. The ad spending in media in 2016 will reach $195.76 billions. A 6.9% increase compared to 2015. The research revealed that digital ad spending will grow 3.5% this year to $71.29 billion, which represents a total of 36,8% of the investment in media in the U.S. Mobile internet ad spending in the U.S. will grow 45.3% this year, which means it will reach $45.66 billion. Mobile represents a total increase of 63.3%. Google is the company with the highest income for mobile advertising, followed by Facebook and after, Twitter. On social networks, income growth due to ads will be 41,3% by the end of the year with $15.36 billions. Investment in digital video ads will leap with a 34.1% growth compared to 2015, with an investment of $10.3 billion.
