Discovery Networks Latin America/U.S. Hispanic (DLA/USH), a division of Discovery Communications, announced on Monday June 20th that it had received seven awards in th global edition of Promax/BDA, celebrated on June 16th in Nueva York. The network was acknowledged for the high quality and creativity in the production of promotion material for content, design and marketing. Out of 13 nominations, DLA/USH received two gold awards and five bronze. The categories in which Discovery received trophies in the global edition of Promax/BDA are: Channel Holiday/Special Event Spot with Discovery Kids Halloween, On-Air Consumer Tie-In/Brand Integrated with 4 Estradas, 4 Histórias, Program Wraps Campaing with Terremoto, Art Direction & Design: Self Promotion/Show with Discovery Networks Mexico and Art Direction & Design: Consumer Or Trade Print Ad Channel with Discovery Turbo.
