Jorge Colón of Letca Films: Honda’s spots focused on the story of the González family and directing them was demanding and rewarding

Letca Films’ President and Founder, Jorge Colón shared with PRODU his experience during the shooting of the De nuestra familia a la tuya campaign for Orcí Advertising and Honda. He directed five spots that string together the campaign that aims at promoting the car brand’s great spring sales. The ads will be broadcasted on TV and digital on March 14. This is the second time that Letca shoots with Orcí for Honda, and for Colón both experiences have been excellent. “We like very much working with Orcí, they are super professional and clear with the idea they want to shoot. Alan Pérez is a great agency producer and it’s always a pleasure to work with people that have things so clear” he said. “Working with Honda is also a pleasure. It’s a client that gives us enough freedom to create, and the experiences we’ve had with them have been great.” “One of the things we liked most of this project was the challenge involving the actors’ direction. The five spots centered in the story of the González family, and directing them was challenging and rewarding. We worked with a cast director involved with series of Hulu and Netflix, and we were very careful in selecting actors that allow us tell a story that reflected reality. We made a great effort and this resulted in five very nice mini films” he explained.
