Gustavo Razzetti of LAPIZ: We’re investing hard to train talent aiming to a great team

For Gustavo Razzetti, EVP and General Director at LAPIZ, 2015 saw great growth and team work. “One investment we did is people -which are the most important asset an agency has-, hiring and training talent. We invested hard in training in different areas to have a very good team” he said to PRODU. He explained that they have made some creativity commitments that have allowed them to offer clients quality work with tangible results. “We’ve been winning -in both 2014 and 2015- awards with clients, not with probono. We’re also talking about work that has paid off at the business level, like some campaigns that were successful for clients.” He added that “this is what we enjoy, committing to do a serious job, and not only doing nice things.” Creativity blooms when you have to write actions, and that happens when you have a real client, Razzetti asserted. “We advise companies with business problems that need business model innovation and product creation. We help clients to build their businesses, not only from the ad” he explained. The agency continues to expand adding new clients such as: United Healthcare, Marshalls, Beneful (Purina), ACH Alimentos (General market) and Mexico’s Tourism Board (US and Canada) and Kraft. Above that, LAPIZ began giving consultancies to some start-ups in areas of business model, innovation and commercialization.
