Tesco convirtió una de sus sedes en un Spookermarket para asustar a sus clientes
Black Sheep Studios, internal production company of Bartle Bogle Hegarty, was in charge of shooting with its hidden cameras, the Halloween prank they produced in a Tesco supermarket. The {Spookermarket;www.produ.com/publicidad/videos/index.html?Noti=10111} consisted of an installation in which they scared clients with different elements related with the festivity. The cameras captured clients’ reactions when they ran into supermarket carts that moved all by themselves, a ghostly head hidden behind the toilette paper and different disguised employees who appeared suddenly to scare them. This Is Money reported that Halloween exceeded Valentine’s Day to become the third biggest sales event in the UK after Christmas and Easter. Aside from the main video, the Tesco Halloween campaign included four other tutorials that explained how to create terrifying costumes. Kate Murphy from BBH was responsible for the idea and Dave Stoddart, from Black Sheep Studios, directed the videos.
