Twitter is making an effort to improve its app. After opening private messages and reinforcing its struggle against trolls, they broadened the Highlights, a tool that shows the most important content of the day. Highlights was originally launched recently for English Android users only, and is now being rolled out globally in the 35 languages where Twitter is available. The service is nimble and simple, enabling users to be updated with the most relevant information of the day. Brands can be listed in the users timeline, and come out if their content was tweeted constantly. The social network selects each users tweet in accordance to the accounts and conversations that are popular among people the user follows.
