For BBQs founder and creative leader, Pablo Buffagni, prejudices about womans role within the creative industry have expired. He believes that more than acknowledging gender equality, what really matters is practicing it every day. “I work along with women. I hire women as creatives and producers, and I put all my trust in their work in a daily basis” he told PRODU. For Buffagni, insights and good ideas come from job done consciously and it doesnt matter the gender of who discovers or uses them. “What certainly happens is that team diversity broadens points of view”. He argues that what the industry needs, first of all, is clients trust and investment to hire new and valuable people both women and men. “I think that the renovation needed is happening, and the past prejudices that might have existed, dont remain today. But new people aren’t receiving many opportunities to do a good job he said. “Millennial attitude slows down this replacement, because they dont even withstand few months learning, they want it all and they want it now, and that usually entails wasting the few opportunities out there.”
