The agency TBWAChiatDay drafted several soccer players, among them, Leo Mesi and James Rodríguez for the Gatorade campaign that is projected worldwide.The ad that was led by Tyler Blake, shows Leo Messi dressed in Blaugrana in the Camp Nou together with other partners, whereas James Rodríguez appears with a training uniform in which there is no mention of Real Madrid. “When partnering with them, we continue to expand our presence in soccer worldwide and we are reasserted as the leading sports nutrition brand, with a reputation built from the scientific experience”, said Brett O’Brien, general director and senior VP of Gatorade.Gatorade sponsors 84 soccer teams from fourteen different nationalities spread around the world, among which the national masculine selection of Brazil or reference clubs such as Arsenal FC, Liverpool FC and FC Barcelona, as well as the recently signed Juventus FC from the Italian A Series.
