Adrián Castagna, nuevo director de Producción de ALMA

After a deep search process, ALMA appointed Adrián Castagna as its new Production director. In his almost 20 year professional path, he has worked as executive producer at Casanova, Pendrill, and then led the producing company Flip Films. Castagna brings his entrepreneurial spirit, production knowledge and his experience in advertising to strengthen the creative reputation of ALMA.”We made the decision keeping in mind the industry’s change necessities”, said Luis Miguel Messianu, president and CEO of ALMA. “Adrián will be key to implement new production models aimed at the increasing integrated content needs in the agency, and at the same time will keep a strong creative conviction to tell stories”.In recent years, ALMA also enlisted talent outside the traditional world of agencies, such as Isaac Mizhari, current SVP managing director and Alvar Suñol from Spain, executive creative director. The experience with them has been very rewarding, points out the agency.”We work in an environment that is constantly evolving and Adrián’s experience is an advantage to create original content”, stated Suñol. “We are excited over what we will create together and who could be better to collaborate with our production partners than someone who has been on that side of the field”.Castagna, who was born in Argentina, has produced works for Energizer, Starbust, Comcast, Fox Sports and other important brands. His pieces have been awarded in Cannes Lions, FIAP, Ad Age, D&AD and Clios.
