In a continuous effort to meet the growing needs of customers for digital communications of the market; the agency based in Dallas, Richards / Lerma, hired Quim Gil as director of Brand Planning with immediate effect, choosing the veteran to direct the planning team. With extensive experience of a two-decade career, Gil began working with respected multinational agencies such as McCann Erickson Europe, Ogilvy, and Synovate developing global campaigns. Most recently, he was Director of Strategic Planning at LatinWorks, where he led efforts for brands such as Pepsi, Target, Capital One, Kleenex and Huggies.Richards / Lerma is a creative agency dedicated to the development of interesting and relevant communications to the Hispanic market. Founded by Pete Lerma and Stan Richards, the current brand clients include The Home Depot, MetroPCS and Chrysler Mexico. “I had been following the growth of Richards / Lerma in the Hispanic scene of the USA in recent years.
