Therefore, the mobile industry has registered one of the biggest “remorse indexes” of all times. Nearly half (46%) of wireless customers say they have hired a company and then they wanted to leave, and one in 10 has done it within the first 30 days after changing.”We see this program as a unique initiative of its kind nationwide, allowing the user to check if the network will meet their needs, without any commitment. After the test, the user must deliver it to any T-Mobile store, without any commitment or additional charge.
