The economic crisis of 2008 had a deep impact in the hopes and dreams of young adults in recent years. They grew up in times of abundance, being always optimistic about their future, but current economy presents challenges they never expected.This is the reason why Tr3s will soon launch a study called Millennials Hispanos at work and in their spare time, including questions for the Latinos and non-Latinos aging between 19 and 34. This exploration covers the whole spectrum of work experiences of young Latino adults, contrasting the non-Latinos, from professional preparation and job search, technology use in the workplace, and the way they feel about their bosses and co-workers. It goes deep as to how they define success and what their work values are.
