PRWeek reports that Nissan North America has tabbed Cohn & Wolfe as its Hispanic agency of record in the United States, after a long competitive review.Cohn & Wolfe, which began working for the automaker last month, will serve the account from its New York and Los Angeles offices, said Kerri Allen, agency VP and head of its cross-cultural division Infuse. The company is dedicated to global communications that include the creation, development and defense of brands. Our specialty is branding the agency says, and the brands it serves include some of the best-known names in the world, including Cadbury, Exxon, Hilton, Volvic, Guinness, Panasonic, Dell and Walmart.It is also behind some of the most important events in the world like every Olympic Games since the 1970s, the Grammy Awards, Golden Globes and Live Earth, among many more.The agency has more than 1,000 employees and 70 offices around the world. Its fields of operations extend from corporate communications to digital communications by way of consumer insights, technology and crisis management, for brands anywhere from healthcare to hair care, and has won numerous prizes for doing it.
