Geraldine Esquivel-Garcia has joined the Beast Editorial team as editor. With more than 12 years experience in film edition and other audiovisual specialties, this Venezuelan born and raised in Caracas studied in Santiago, Chile, where she took a degree in Audio and Visual Communications and Film Editing.After receiving her masters in Film Editing, she moved to New York in 2001 to work at GM Advertising, where she stayed for six years. She later worked at editorial houses like Wild Child, Red Car and more recently Fluid. Her work covers various categories of storytelling from comedy and musicals to fashion and documentaries. For her part, she is a stout defender of the integration of markets and firmly believes in media that work on behalf of just causes and that respect any attempt to have an impact on society through humanitarian and social work.I am delighted to finally be able to edit at Beast” says Esquivel Garcia. “Everyone in the industry respects Beast for its incredible reach, fantastic sales force and most importantly, Beast has a reputation for encouraging creativity.
