Churromanía continúa expandiéndose

As a new year begins, Churromania remains focused on its mission to expand across the United States and keep strengthening its status as the biggest Hispanic franchise. This week, the company opened its first store outside of Florida – in Houston, Texas, and signed an alliance with Sysco as its national distributor that promises exponential growth. With the third-largest Hispanic population in the United States, the Latino community of Houston makes up almost half the city’s inhabitants, making it the next frontier in the expansion of the franchise. “With Houston—and Texas as a whole—we see a great opportunity to introduce Churromania as a Hispanic-owned business that is a testament to the American Dream,” said Ariel Acosta-Rubio, founder and CEO of Churromania.“We not only see an opportunity to bring our product to Latinos in the area, but also take great pride in bringing new jobs to the community” he said.Churromania’s efforts in late 2013 were not limited to adding new locations. Known for its strategic alliances, Churromania recently announced that Sysco will serve the franchise with an online ordering system to provide all the stores with the ingredients and other supplies they need to make their munchy, crunchy goodies. As the world’s biggest food distributor, Sysco has the resources to back Churromania’s growth across the United States with its capability for nationwide distribution.
