Tr3s presented a summary of studies taken to find out what is the craze among Millennials. Smartphones, GPS devices for cars and videogames were their favorite high-tech items. All three were among the 10 favorite articles among Hispanics and non-Hispanics ages 18-34 who live with their parents, as well as among those who have their own families and live in their own homes.Despite the importance technology holds for this sector, Millennials seek to balance their use of gadgets with time spent with family and friends. Many adult Millennials said that they want more of a social life to compensate for an exaggerated use of smartphones and videogames. Adult Hispanics who live with their parents value moderation, coffee and sociability. Topping the list of stores and coffee shops that represent these values are Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts and Subway. Millennials with children spend a lot of time on Facebook sharing photos of their kids and watching Nickelodeon to entertain them.Millennials who live with mom and pop prefer timeless classic clothing styles and practical wear, while those who are parents prefer brands like Victoria’s Secret, which places No. 9 on the most-popular list among all Hispanics.Sports and videogames are the favorite activities of this sector, since they provide the chance to socialize through an activity. Watching, playing, or in some other way taking part in sports ranks in the top five for all adult Hispanic Millennials.
