La Revista Red Hispana le otorga un reconocimiento a la compañía SC Johnson

Hispanic Network Magazine has again recognized SC Johnson as a Top Diversity Employer. The list appeared in the special summer edition that went on sale last August 2013.”SC Johnson is honored to be recognized for the fourth consecutive year by the Hispanic Network Magazine alongside so many outstanding companies,” said Pascale Meyran, senior VP of SC Johnson Global Human Resources. “We are proud to be a family company committed to hiring employees from all backgrounds. We believe that a diverse workforce drives innovation and supports a culture of inclusion across all levels of the business”. SC Johnson created an Office of Diversity & Inclusion in 1992 to recognize and support the abilities of employees of the company of all nationalities and backgrounds. Based on that concept, six business councils have been developed by employees across the United States, through which the company offers support and networking opportunities like mentoring, community outreach, career development and raising cultural awareness.More than 250 companies and institutions took part this year to help HNM create its list, with the result that SC Johnson again joins Bank of America, American Airlines, General Mills, Ernst and Young, LLP, Macy’s and other companies that have previously won the Top Diversity Employer award.HNM hopes that all corporations will work towards creating an environment in which Hispanics and other minorities can have limitless access to business and career opportunities.
